1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, subscribers, and authorized users within a subscription.
2. Subscriptions and Payment
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial to new subscribers. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe or your account will be restricted.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service except via our official API.
- Do not upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software that may damage systems.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without written consent.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not access Your Content except to provide the Service, for security purposes, or when required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
7. Uptime and Service Levels
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid subscriptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days post-cancellation to allow data export.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice.
